Elana Bodner is a passionate and dedicated board-certified Clinical Nutritionist, devoted to helping clients achieve optimal wellness through personalized nutrition and functional medicine. Her approach is centered on the whole person, addressing the root causes of health concerns while fostering a supportive partnership with her clients. Elana specializes in immune, brain, and gut health, all with the aim of rejuvenating the immune system and enhancing longevity.
With a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Herbal Studies, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS®), Elana brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. As a BCNS℠ supervisor, she mentors aspiring nutrition professionals and contributes to the growth of the field through her work with The American Nutrition Association (ANA), the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists℠ (BCNS℠), and the Accreditation Council for Nutrition Professionals Education (ACNPE).
Elana’s specialized training encompasses a broad range of health concerns including mold illness/chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS), mast cell activation (MCAS/MCAD), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), immune dysregulation, neuroendocrine disorders, hormones, nutrigenomics, vagus nerve dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, allergies and sensitivities/intolerances, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), gastroesophageal reflux (GERD/LPR), and various other gastrointestinal conditions.
Outside of her practice, Elana is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, practicing Pilates, engaging in cultural arts, and exploring the world. Her zest for life is evident in her passion for creating delicious, healthful dishes that nourish the body and soul.
Committed to providing a compassionate and safe space for healing, Elana offers one-on-one sessions in person or via telehealth, as well as group retreats, corporate programs, and other wellness experiences.
